Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and service providers, the following policy is strictly enforced: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service booked. • All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cancellation fee. • The card on file will be charged for the remaining balance of the service booked. By booking an appointment with Harvest Meadow, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
